SteelPH Posted April 23, 2001 a new sound wad ive made for ZDOOM(gl) (no other souce port can support it,not even skulltag ,except zdoomgl) what it'll do is change the player sounds as well as the chaingunner shooting sound(changes the chaingunner shooting sound to the pistol, rather than the shotgun). the new sounds are from quake 3 arena for each gender.(doom sounds for male, crash for female and visor for cyborg) it works fine and includes the certain souds for the amount of health left, jumping, and other stuff. it will be put up on my website on homestead tomorrow. 0 Share this post Link to post
Enjay Posted April 23, 2001 Is this file for Zdoom 1.22 or 1.23? The reason I ask is the format for player sounds in SNDINFO has changed for version 1.23. ATM with beta 24, old player sound wads do not work. Randy has said he plans to build in backwards compatability though. 0 Share this post Link to post
