Doom to Quake

Does anybody know where i can get my hands on DMQuake, as i understand it it converts doom levels into quake levels, i've seen it mentioned in numerous places, but i haven't been able to track it down, any clues?

It's kinda crappy though. It works ok on simple levels. Basically it creates a brush for every linedef in the level! Also, it doesn't work if there are any custom graphics, or if the "infinite sky" technique is used anywhere in the level. Even E1M1 and MAP01 are way too complex for this program to handle.
