Getting music to work in PRBoom

I am probably not the only one to ask this, but...
How do you get music to work in PRBoom? I downloaded all of that timidity stuff I was told to, and a bunch of other programs, but I have no idea where to put them or what to do. Help! Also, I am not that computer literate, so if you could avoid computer terms, I would be grateful. Thanks!
Also, how do you load up other IWADs that come with .bat files? I can't get IWADs, such as Icarus or Memento Mori II to work at all in PRBoom...

Okay, what I meant was, I have downloaded the timidity patch (which is now 32MB, not 21 like in the other post) and unzipped it, but I have no idea what to do with it in order to get the music to work in PRBoom. I opened the .cfg file, and everything read like gibberish to me. If you can tell me exactly what I need to do, I will be grateful!
Your frontend looks to be a really nice program, but when I try to load a new IWAD that is not doom, doom2, plutonia, or the other one, I keep getting an: "CheckIWAD: IWAD tag iwad\(wadname).WAD not present". The IWAD is in the iwad folder like it should be. How do I get these to load?

First timidity:

1) Make a dir c:\timidity
2) Unzip all the patches in this folder
3) Copy timidity.cfg from the folder in your PrBoom dir
4) That's it

Second frontend:

IWAD's are only doom, doom2, plutonia, tnt....
the other stuff are PWAD's. You need an IWAD to play a PWAD.
Example:

Select IWAD: doom2.wad

Select [Add File] to choose a PWAD

That will work.

All right, I FINALLY got the music to work! It's great to be able to play Doom with music! Thanks a bunch King Elvis!
However, I am now getting a new error when trying to load PWADs in your frontend: "W_AddFile: couldn't open C:\My.wad" I have made a PWAD folder with all the other folders that the one readme told me to make. Is there anything I am missing? I'll stop bugging you soon!

Hmm...do you use paths with spaces ?
I mean this for example:

C:\PrBoom\pwad\my wads\whatever.wad

...BTW: The errors you get are not frontend errors, they are
errors from PrBoom itself.

Please post the frontend.rsp file from the folder your run the frontend in here. You can open it with a texteditor.

King Elvis - I got the PWADs to work after posting my last message. I moved my folders and renamed one, and it all works! Thanks a bunch for your help! You ARE the King!
