Help! and Requests!

ok i'm new to doomworld and i gotta say i loved doom 3 more then the older ones ( doom 1 ,2 ) but anyway the main reason i wanted to post this was because i wanted to request some mods like : brighter game world ( not so dark ) and maybe a few others but as of right now i can't think of any also how would i add a mod to doom 3 bfg edition on steam??? and how would i create mods for doom 3 bfg edition ( steam ) lastly i'm very sorry if this is in the wrong topic and if i broke any rules i am really new here

Welcome, DOOM 3 BFG Edition is already brighter than the Normal edition (2004), i don't know if it's possible to increase the brightness more than the Actual .

I remember playing a mod for Doom 3 a couple of years ago called Junon. I don't have a link for it, but it was well-put-together.

@DMGUYDZ64 thank you so much and i would still like to see it be brighter but oh well i guess and how can i edit the textures? and create mods? unless the launcher does that as well as install mods

I used to watch these mod videos back in 2008 and they are great ways to see the map before you play it. You can check out whether or not it looks good or bad. Just go to the search option on his channel and type in "Doom 3 Mod" or "Doom 3 map" and then filter the video search to go from "oldest to newest." You can start back at the beginning (2008) if you choose. His older videos were the best and also many of the mods were awesome around that time. Hope this helps. You can google the mods you like and download them. Plus Paul's Doom videos can be pretty entertaining lol.

EDIT: Never mind I just remembered vanilla Doom 3 mods are not compatible with the BFG Edition. Sorry!

well it's fine cause i just refunded doom 3 bfg edition and got doom 3 with all the dlc expect lost mission instead so it should be better with mods now right???
