Transparent Texture Problem

In my Doom 2 WAD, I made a transparent fence texture. But, for some reason, the texture stretches below the floor and you can see it. Here's an Imgur link of the problem:

This is a common software rendering glitch. You have 2 options how to fix it:
1. Make it so the 2 sectors on opposite sides of the glitched linedef would have different Brightness values, with difference at least 1 unit.
2. Make it so the 2 sectors on opposite sides of the glitched linedef would have different Floor Height values (if the texture bleeded through floor) and/or Ceiling Height valies (if the texture bleeded through ceiling), with difference at least 1 unit.

Scifista's already posted the answer, so I'm just going to say that this fence looks badly overscaled. It'd work better if the meshes were much smaller.
