Great soundfonts to play DOOM with?

No because these are soundfonts and those are audio streams. Unless you plan on remaking every midi from every iwad and pwad ever, of course.

You can start by converting every midi from every Terry wad in existence...

i'm not getting that joke and i want to. other than being scary i don't see a problem with this intention.

Your music is cool but if someone prefers the custom music that many wads have, then he wants to have a good soundfont so he doesn't have to put up with the mediocre Windows midi sound for example.

i don't have any but i just wanted to say that you can use sound fonts for doom for ms-dos vanilla
