GLBSP

I've been using the Doomsday engine for a while now, and have used GLBSP on all of my wads. For the Doom games and Heretic, it works just fine, reporting only minor errors that don't seem to effect the game. However, when using GLBSP on Hexen or Death Kings of the Dark Citadel, a few serious errors are reported, and all kinds of fun things start to happen in the game (Such as monsters not realizing you're standing right in front of them until you smack them with a weapon, etc.). I've tried GLBSPing Hexen v1.0 and v1.1, and Death Kings unaltered and with the Redbook Audio patch on it, and it still keeps throwing up these errors. Obviously GLBSP is capable of handling Hexen levels, so does anybody have an idea of what the hell is going on here?

Could it be the polyobjects that are confusing the node builder?
