Pure Love Thread

Since the negative perfect hatred thread got helled I thought I'd do the reverse to make things a little more positive; what is something that you love and or really like? It doesn't have to be bound to any specific topic, you just have to like something enough to talk about it (I.e. Favorite video game, doomworlder, WAD, movies you love, video games you love, mundane shit you like, etc.)

I love Linguica the most.

My wife. Also cooking, fishing, and Warhammer 40K.

My girlfriend, this thread, warm chocolate chip cookies, french fries, and PC gaming.

Also Estrellitas cereal (translated to as tiny stars, dunno if there's an actual english version).

Metal music. I'm pretty sure 90% of my brain is filled with riffs. Lyrics... album covers... logos... holy fuck I'm addicted to metal. I'd die without it. Yeah, pure love.

Also Neil Peart because RUSH and he is a drumming legend. No homo. Well RUSH isn't metal they are prog rock but whatever. I don't listen to much rock anymore but they are one of the few good rock bands.

And Led Zeppelin. "Ooooh yeah! OOOOOOOH YEAH! Darling darling darling!"

(in no particular order)

I love video games (almost any kind), low-budget classic films, postrock, ambient, Tom & Jerry, sado-maso porn, collecting CDs/DVDs/vinyl (also coins, sometimes) and walking around my city while listening to music.

Weight lifting, MMA, Boxing, Muay-Thai kickboxing, reading, screwing this blonde I've been seeing lately, riding motorbike, hiking & nature in general, beer, practicing classical guitar, composing death metal and.... doom, when I find the time.

I love my black 2003 Hyundai Tiburon. I have modified it to a huge degee such as the 2005 headlights, 18" Veloster NA wheels, custom mandrel bent exhaust, hand welded intake manifolds, SRI intake, quality headers, larger throttlebody, mangnaflow exhaust and CCFL angel eyes. Those aren't even the significant modifications I made recently. It took lots of money and time but I also turned the engine to a high compression and heavier cammed all motor monster out of a small 2.7L V6 engine. I love my car, I love it to bits.

Other things I love:
- Eating great food
- Getting lost in video games
- And of course my family and friends

Playing Carmageddon. Nothing says love like going over a hundred and causing some happy person's innards to eject from their mangled body at high speeds.

I love my job.

I love the fact that I have over $1000 in the bank for the first time in years.

I love my long hair.

I love practicing guitar again.

For the first year in a long time, I love life.

Aside from the cliche stuff (the amazing people in my life, sex, etc), I really love slipping on my favorite thimble and sinking a needle and thread into some nice wool, linen, or silk cloth.

I love sipping rum from a flask.

I love waking up past noon.

I love unbuttoning my shirt.

I love realizing that some ideas in my head are wrong. Throwing them out lets me see the world differently, for the better.

Loves of mine:

Wife - Finally found real love

Friends - Very few friends have backstabbed me and the vast majority have been extremely helpful/supportive

Family - Relatively sane, very accepting, I lucked out big with this one

Work - Hated being a fucking bag boy, now I have a real job!

Music - Generally prefer it to silence

Frank Zappa - No one can do it like he used to!

Drinking - Water is awesome. (Booze too)

Eating - Because being hungry frankly blows asshole

Smoking - (insert mlg joke with mountain dew and snoop dogg here)

Sleeping - The cure for tired

Playing Guitar - I'm actually alright at it and it's really fun to create new melodies

Drumming - Same as above, just replace melodies with rhythms

Walking my dog - He's an adorably over-excited dog meaning I get exercise and humor all in one

Lots and lots of other stuff too of course, like Doom and many other games, films, songs, bands, etc etc

I love my family, HEAVY METAL, DOOM, coffee, reading, RL Stine novels (Bruce Coville and Daniel Handler novels, too), Charmed, Twin Peaks, Roland synthesizers, the holidays (Halloween and Christmas being my two favorites), and food. <3

So there was a pure hated thread and now a pure love thread. What is next, A pure indifference thread?

The way the sunlight streaming through the window flickers at a certain time of day as the sun dips behind the highway and cars pass in front of it.

90s west coast hip hop in the summer.

Empty or mostly-empty highways during the height of the day.

Green or blue streetlights rather than orange.

I love Psychedelic, Breakcore or Lolicore, Ice cream, Furry, Pony, Speedrunning, Internet, Doom, Doomworld, Chillax.wad, Soft and Deep Bed, Hentai, My mother... ummm so many things...

Upd: I just noticed there was another thread called "Pure Indifference". Lol.

I actually feel like making "Pure Anything" thread, where everyone can post anything. But that won't end well.
