Texture packs

Okay, so I've been putting together a map for around a week now. (on and off) I've been using around 5 texture packs a few custom things and a custom weapon. I want to create a forum post on the wad in question, however I want to include a download link. This would not be a big deal had I been using the vanilla texture pack. But I am not, and I want the wad to include all the textures used in it. I've been using slade 3 trying to compile it all in one, but I haven't been successful because I'm a moron. Help would be much appreciated.

To consolidate the textures from other texture packs in your pwad you could use MTROP's
TexSpy and TEXtract. See https://www.doomworld.com/vb/doom-general/63373-i-will-program-small-doom-utilities-for-you/ .
These need Java to run.

Alternatively, load your pwad into DeePsea 12.15.2 and generate a list of textures used
(F7 and Lump Arranging). With this list in hand, open your pwad and the texture packs
with Slade3 and copy/paste the appropriate texture into your pwad.

And give credit to the original texture creators.

For DOOM/BOOM format maps, after pasting the textures, you must generate new TEXTURE1
and PNAMES lumps. Luckily Slade3 can do this for you. See http://slade.mancubus.net/index.php?page=wiki&wikipage=How-to-Import-Textures

Maps for ZDoom ( Hexen or UDMF) format do not use those two lumps. Also textures can be in png format.

Thanks man, the map is currently 100% complete, I think I'm going to try these. Sorry for being so late to reply, I've been working on the map.
