Zulk RS Posted June 3, 2016 The Visual mode in Doom Builder has been acting weird. When I edit in 3D mode, everything moves in a blocky way. Like some grid based FPS or something. It's not as smooth as it used to be. Help! 0 Share this post Link to post
Bloodshedder Posted June 3, 2016 Reboot computer or switch to GZDoomBuilder 0 Share this post Link to post
Zulk RS Posted June 3, 2016 I rebooted the computer but it didn't work. Funny thing is, it's a little less blocky but still extremely so. I don't really want to switch to GZDoom Builder because I'm in the middle of a megawad project and don't want to work around new features yet. 0 Share this post Link to post
Edward850 Posted June 3, 2016 GZDoom Builder doesn't change anything about how your map works. It can't create features in source ports that don't already exist, blatantly. However it does have essential bug fixes for the 3D mode, which is why it was suggested to you. 0 Share this post Link to post
Zulk RS Posted June 3, 2016 Sorry. I probably should have worded that better. What I meant to say was that I didn't want to get used to the changed interface of GZDoom Builder in the middle of a project. I was planning on switching once the project was done. 0 Share this post Link to post
kuchitsu Posted June 3, 2016 Maybe the map is just too complex? Or does it lag even on Doom 2 Map01? 0 Share this post Link to post
MaxED Posted June 3, 2016 This bug is also fixed in the latest DB2 SVN build. 0 Share this post Link to post
