Who gives a fuck what he says? If you've played Doom and enjoy it you now know he's a moron and probably always will be.

Music is last thing i cared about while i was playing Singleplayer levels, and the weapons felt perfect for me .

But again, that's just someone's opinion lmao .

Dudes got his panties in a bunch XD. Music is fine to me, it's an industrialised metal mix. The cutsceans are a bit boring and can shit on the paise. But the game doesnt take it's story seriously, the reviewer was even talking about this fact. You can turn the pop ups off. Dooms speed is akin to unreal. I'm fine with it.
ahhh, I see why he's all pissy. Ya doom'16 is it's own game, as a huge fps fan and yata yata. I give doom'16 a 10/10. It is my top 3D fps to have ever to come out, better then hl2 imo. lol he's getting wrecked on nm and bitches about difficulty. C-mon now...
(edit) He's blatently wrong about weapons. more wrongness about weapons. He keeps gibbing himself with rockets XD. I agree with the hr crosshair arguement. He's bitching about secrets being hard to find ?? Runes are op already. most runes are in the open and I found them to be a nice little break but he makes a decent point on the pacing.
Lol he's bitching about dieing on nightmare again XD. I agree uv is too easy which is his main point, but I also feel nightmare to be completely fair. With how easy the lower difficulties are it all could have been ramped up a bit. I like the doom'16 mp. All I'v got to say about that subject. Theres still power-ups and such. level design is actually good imo. matchmaking system is at fault here not the amount of players.
Updates are coming solving all of his problems(except his weird qualm with the weapons feel.). Doom'16 isn't the things this guy to an autistic point felt was important. I can respect that even if I disagree with him. at least this one has some points that are relevent.

I Guess he's one of those "Shitty New CODs" fans, who dislike Fast movement / No Cutscenes and such ...

I really liked the game but then I saw this video from the highly influential and award winning game reviewer DWTerminator. Now I really hate the game, the internet, my job, my family, and my life. I wish he had chilled out and not been such a mean guy that had to ruin everything I know and love. My life is over.

Look, people have their own opinions. There's no 100% objectivity to anything, especially as far as video games and other forms of entertainment are concerned. You have your own reasons for liking DOOM, and chances are someone's gonna dislike it - either for the same or different reasons.

I've gotten myself involved in enough arguments over the Internet to know that opinions come in all kinds, much like people. Think of it this way: would you change yourself as a person for only one person and disregard everyone else? Additionally, would you want anyone to change themselves as a person just for you?

The bottom line is that you shouldn't let other people's opinions shape yours, especially if they're contrary to yours. Keep enjoying what you enjoy and fuck those who don't. I've seen many a "DOOM '16 sucks" video, but guess what? I still don't think DOOM '16 sucks. My opinion on the game is still the same as it was when I laid my hands on it for the first time, albeit for a relatively short time.

I agree with basically everything this guy says (except for the music part, Mick Gordon is THE GOD).

Some random nobody on the Internet who doesn't like a game makes you want to quit gaming? OP, get your priorities straight.

Considering how few subscribers he has I would say this is probably an attention grab.

I hate to say that and be mean to everyone but yeah... It is blatant that Doom 4 was primarily made with gamepad controls in mind, and this "go towards the money" marketing attitude is downright disgusting.

Kids (and manchildren) these days, looking up to idiots with minor influence on Youtube..

No game will ever be as good as the original Doom games, so people really shouldn't use that as the standard against which to compare a new Doom game.

The new Doom is easily the best "modern" FPS game I've played in a long time, even if it's nowhere close to the original Dooms.

I can't play Doom 4 unless this guy gives it at least a 4 out of 5!

I'm still going through areas just making up new ways to go through maps, lately just letting the enemy's fight each other dancing around them mostly using melee grenades and the pistol only, fully upgraded its pretty awesome and can fire reasonable fast.

That guy sounds whiny as hell. But the video pretty much sums up how I would have expected purists and elitists of a classic series to react to the modern sequal. Oh well, I'll just be over here, enjoying the game. (In all seriousness though I actually totally agree with him when it comes to the weapon sounds).

Holy shit I just read the comments, this guy has literally no idea there's a separation between his beliefs and actual fact. He's going around acting like how mad he got over some personal gripes is an objective measurement of how objectively bad the game is ("Doom 4 is a fairly crappy FPS on its own, objectively around a 2/5 or if I'm being extremely generous a 2.5/5."). He also responds to almost every single comment on the video with some "snarky comments" (all direct quotes, by the way). He also says Brutal Doom is better than 4, thinks the soundtrack is dubstep, and hates Dark Souls.

He's literally the worst.
