TNT Skies in a Doom 2 pwad?

Would it be kosher to include some of TNT's skies in my Doom 2 pwad? My first instinct is that it would not be OK, but cc4-tex.wad has some textures from the first Doom in it, and it is not only accepted but used by many.

Also, I'm looking for better skies than Doom 2's defaults, so where can I find some?

Just use the skies. Give credits. If you ask, sometimes you end up getting a no. Whereas if you never ask, and include the proper credits, nobody ever makes a fuss.

If you wanted a perfectly kosher way to use TNT IWAD skies in your maps for Doom 2 IWAD, just make your wad require to be loaded with TNT.wad as a PWAD. Your PWAD will need to provide a custom TEXTURE1/PNAMES to avoid texture name conflicts and problems in ports that don't support cumulative TEXTURE1s.

IIRC there are lots of PWADs that use Evilution skies. The first one off my mind is "Castle of Eternal Carrot in the Sky" (you can find it on the link I gave above, btw). If everyone can, you can do it too.
