Let's play a game (20 people, 1 wad)

I don't know if this is allowed, but what the hell.


I don't know how to explain this in words thus I'm not a native English user so I just cut things to the crucial points.

1 - 20 participants.
2 - Each participant draw only ONE 800x800 sector along with the monster and stuff before pass it onto other participant via pm.
3 - vanilla only.

Those should explained enough.

Done several times already, never fully worked.

I like the idea but how would the other people get your map?

Only one sector, that must be 800x800? I mean, I guess 2sectors is a thing, but I'm kind of baffled at what you're picturing because that's a helluva lot of space for only a single sector.

Is this a 2 girls 1 cup joke or what?


When you clarify the rules, I might try something.
You can't really make much with a single sector of a strictly defined size.

So what do you mean by vanilla do you mean vanilla format or just no 3d floors and anything for one our two source ports?

I think what vanilla means is just to be in vanilla format.

Is that a square to build in or do you want just one room?

and i want to help with mapping and i'm guessing you want doom 2 format gzdoom builder does not have doom\the ultimate doom format

I guess by sector he doesn't mean like a Doom sector. :D
