Gzdoom 2.2 with BD v20

Whenever I try to launch the game this error comes up

Script error, "brutalv20b.pk3:blood.txt" line 610:
Expected ',', got 'l'.

Anybody know how to fix this?

Yup - in the affected line, change the lowercase letter L into a number 1.

You need to change the text from blood.txt from "0.L" to "0.1" and there are two lines with that but if you don't want to mess with that use project brutality it better then brutal doom and made by the same guy.

And how would I exactly be able to change that?

This problem has already been discussed in this thread, might wanna look for insight there first.

Editing a PK3 file is most easily done using a WAD editor: I recommend SLADE, though there are others available.

The laziest solution would be to download patch from moddb, addons tab. It's called BrutalBloodPatch20b.pk3 I guess.
Then type this pk3 after Brutal Doom pk3 in launch parameters.

Could anyone tell me or take a screenshot of where to find this problem in SLADE? I've looked through the decorates and couldn't find anything

Be aware that this is very hard to spot. The small l and the 1 look nearly identical in some fonts.

Holy shit I just found it, both of them looked like 1 in SLADE but once I pasted the text on the google search I found the difference XD XD XD XD

FadeOut (0.1) is actually FadeOut (0.I)

SLADE for real need to change there fonts man :|

I ALSO FOUND ANOTHER PROBLEM

On line 633 of the same text there was the same problem with wanting 1 instead of I
