Will an EVGA GTX 750 Ti 2GB work with an Intel G620 and run Doom?

I got an EVGA GTX 750 Ti 2GB, but I haven't gotten a good Intel chip yet. I'm wondering if a G620 will work with the graphics card I have.

Not so sure about the G620, but your video card will be plenty enough, provided you don't intend to kill it by trying to play on the highest possible graphical settings. :P

I think the Intel Pentium G620 is way below DOOM's "minimum" CPU requirement.

That Intel is no go for Doom. It's way below of what Doom needs. Just get an AMD if you are short on money.

There is no magic, if the hardware is not up to the task, is not up to the task. No matter how you want to see it.

If you are thinking of spending money on 5 year old hardware, don't (unless it was actually powerful 5 years ago). If money is so hard to come by, then it makes getting something quality and with life left in it that much more important.
