No, not quite. The last few good games I played were for the N64.

Not according to my taste of games.

The only game to come out this year that I've liked is Morrowind. And I can't even play it at a framerate over 5fps :/

Allied assault was also fun, as was Jedi Outcast.

I have played sum fun games that came out recently, but I still play Doom the most.
