Whatever happened with that huge Doom overhaul project with OpenGL?

I can't remember the name of it, but IIRC it was being built off the ZDoom engine with OpenGL. All new HD everything, it didn't even look like Doom anymore. It looked like a modern horror game. There were always like 30sec gameplay teaser videos online but I can't find them anymore. Does anybody even remember the name of it?

HOLY SHIT. I thought it was just a joke to hype people up and then remain unreleased forever like tons of devs do nowadays. Now I see it's getting released soon? I'm not a big horror game fan, but this is going to be crazy to see nonetheless. I wonder if the packages for it will be open-source and allow other people to fiddle with? This might open up a huge door for Doom.

If it's supposed to run on (unmodified) GZDoom, it'd be technically impossible for them to make the contents closed source. Allowing to reuse them is another thing, though.

I remember this from way back in the Skulltag days, thought it was rather baffling that the author said 'if you can run Crysis on medium settings you can play this' for system requirements.
