ehhmm.... Xdre2 wont open . I tried clicking on it and it wont open

Would help if people were more descriptive about their problems... It won't open? What happens when you try to open it? Are you using the right file?

I did download the correct file from the above link (xdre 2.21 win64) . I placed it on my prboom directory , and double clicked it but nothing happens , nothing simply happens when I try to run it .

Do you actually have a 64-bit Windows OS?

yes I do , 

Try 2.20 or 2.06. 2.21 works only in Wine, not in real Windows.
