CSProblem

I've got a problem. My friend asked me to download counterstrike for him because I've ot cable. The problem is that when I try to play CS it says that my HL client.dll file is missing. But it seems to be right where it said it is. Any way I can fix this?

Right, this is the only community I'm a part of, DoomWorld. However, needing assistance in doing a favor for my friend that is not Doom related, I posted in the section that is specifically for non-doom questions.

Still, don't you think your question would have been answered quickly if posted at a forum appropriate for said topic (Half Life).

Do you have the applicable HL version for the applicable CS version and said applicable CS version patch?

i thought the latest ver was 1.1.1.0?

nope.
I have 5 versions installed atm. 1111 is definitely it.
