You don't quite grasp what you're asking for. Ignoring the significant technical complications (one does not simply stick an engine in another engine, if at all), you have the obvious Warez problem.

Not on WOLF3D engine, but I saw Wolf3D IWAD at multiplayer lobby of Doom Explorer.
