How to jump from one map to the other?

Some mods seems to like adding their new levels far away from the first map. What console comand I use to jump maps?

map "MAPNAME"

IDCLEV 02 will take you to map 2, etc. Put a space before map# This is for doom2

I doubt if you using PRBoom-Plus. But with it, is possible to jump right at first new map in wad, with -warp command at the program start (even if wad is started from MAP12 as example).
