Is there a way to play the map NUTS with the weapons from Russian Overkill? If there is, can you tell me how? Thanks.

Of course there is

  • gzdoom.exe -iwad DOOM2.WAD -file RO_pb_2.4.pk3 nuts.wad

I'd recommend against this, as It gave my computer a bluescreen one time.

I'm not lying.

Doesn't matter if it's true, it's not what caused the BSoD. No number of Doom mod combinations ever will. User level programs cannot cause kernel faults, you have a hardware and/or driver issue.

A couple other things that gave me a blue screen:

- Searching up "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" on google

- Booting up (once or twice)

- Breaking something with regedit (this one was my fault)

I'm going to go get my hardware and drivers checked. Thanks for the advice.

It's been done before, including myself seen here. Others have done it before.

Found anyone who got a decent framerate on this wad? Or do you need a NASA computer or something?

DOOM is very CPU intensive.

They may call them gaming computer, but for playing Nuts.wad you pretty much need a highend computer,

even without RO.

This was on my older system with a 7850 and DDR2 RAM.

I feel like half the reason that video was almost 10 minutes long was the lag during the beginning of the first and second rooms.

Still, it were funny if it were true.

I absolutely love it when I go on Doomworld and find someone resurrecting an ancient thread like this just to post shit like this.

Especially when the bump is technically legitimate and contributes to the topic in some way.

Especially when the bump is technically illegal and punishable in a court of law.

I did a few good bumps last night and the cops were all over my ass.
