Mancubus Artwork : Complete

Trunk-like legs were barely visible beneath the overhang of flab that hung from the obese creature's torso, it's bloated face staring at him with piercing green eyes in an expression that could only be described as pure hatred. Worse of all were the arms, looking like they'd been torn off at the elbow and replaced by long, steel barrels. Pneumatic tubes ran from its arms into the large unit that seemed to have been wired directly into its back, pumping dark liquid as it lumbered forward. The ends of its arms began to flare with heat as its shapeless mouth gaped open to utter a single, monstrous word.
"reznor.demon.co.uk/mancubus.jpg]MANCUBUS!"

Oh my God.. that is in a word...disturbing... he looks like he's going to melt into the floor, also he looks like he might have trouble walking?
Well...um beautiful, in a sick distorted kinda way ;)

It's a great re-designing of the mancubus. And as always, the quality is...spot on ;-)

Funnily enough, this has been one of my fastest-completed drawings to date. That's probably due to the fact that Jay lovingly set up the table in the living room so that i could get work done during the daytime without being attacked by Raven :)

Don't say that! A lot of people dismiss comics for these reasons, yet it's extremely difficult to combine a story with artwork - even more so when it's a comedy, too. I did a 30-page fantasy comic for my design project back in school (i'll post a few pages sometime), and that was incredibly hard.

'The Green Pile' is amazing!

I meant more serious art AND Green Pile.. with a glass barrier of protection so no good art seeps into TGP ;)

it is inspiring. my sketchbook has been collecting some dust lately.

I'd stomp one of its many toes with the butt of my BFG and run, just to pester one of the big bad children of hell. This one's really ugly the right way.
