Moving the Eternity wiki to HTTPS

Is it feasible to move the Eternity wiki to HTTPS, especially given that it handles user accounts. I think most other relevant Doom sites have moved to HTTPS by now. Or does it incur extra costs? @Bloodshedder

It can; some services are free, the most notable of which being Let's Encrypt.

My hosting provider does not support LetsEncrypt so there would be an additional cost.
 

If it's not too steep for my relatively broke self, I'd be willing to pay however much it is.

Also put me in the loop so I can also put my share. I hope it's not difficult, given we live in different countries using different currencies (simple bank transfer doesn't seem easy).
