masarnia.wad - level for doom 2

Hey there,

I hooked back on Doom recently playing some stuff found on internet then I recall that I've made some wad's too. After a quick search I've found an old CD-ROM, which luckily worked. So here my work I would like to share with community:

It was made in 2000, never published. As I remember it was design mostly for cooperative playing,  however with some help of quicksaving, I was able to finish it alone in about an hour, on easiest difficulty. It's not puzzle, just continuous heavy shooting level, packed with strong monsters, many archviles, traps and teleporting imps. All is hell'ish style, map isn't big, the idea was to make an arena which is supplied by new waves of enemies I guess. As I've tested it mostly the best tactic was to wait until they kill each other ;) Works with doom 2, no jumping, etc, just a classic stuff. Hope someone will like it!

Here is my another monster-wad from the past for Doom 2 (L01):

Just tested it on gdzoom, took about an hour to finish, it's a eclectic mix, starts with a castle, then there are some hell and space themes. It even features some Wolfenstein part. Small hard part is in total darkness or maybe is just my display... not sure what I was thinking when designing it...

Anyway feel free to play it, use it, remix it etc.

Hmm, I could produce a "redux" version for you if you like. I've already got a lot on my plate, but I made sure to buy an extra large plate so I can fit lots of stuff on it.

I'd play it over and build from scratch a version based on yours using GZDoom and its neat little features and maybe tack on my own little spin on it, like a couple new monsters and things.

It would, of course, be yours to play with, modify, redistribute, etc.

@Aquila Chrysaetos Thanks for offer, but please don't prepare anything for me - I'm just giving those wad's to community, so anyone to use/edit/remix/put in a level pack is welcome (not required - but if anyone'll use it -a message about the result would be nice :) )

@Reinchard actually I've got a level with that name :) -that's a third and a last one I've made 18 years ago - I'll post it if it's playable.. So that will be a trilogy I guess :)
