I recorded playthrough demos on Ultra-violence without saves on Eternal Slumber Party. Have fun watching them. :)

How did you go about recording demos in ZDoom or its related Doom engines?

no text file?  what source port for the recordings?

The limit-removing/vanilla/boom compatible maps were recorded with prboom-plus-2.5.1.4. I did the zdoom maps mainly with Gzdoom 3.5.1.0.

Yep , no text file. they are just playthrough demo. I don't have the intention to upload them on dsda.

same cmd file instructions as in prboom+

but playback will almost always only work in the exact same version of g/zdoom.

Nice 64lemons demos and I must have missed that pppp demo. Thanks for the nice words about that map, it is pretty epic huh. It was funny watching the tricky movement/ledges/platforming stuff. And you couldn't beat my demo by more than a minute? I consider that a win for me :)

I noticed NH7 was missing from dsda so here are my demos, and I also did a youtube video:

NH---> 7 <--- :) Seven installments. nh666 map02 is the hardest nh map and one of my hardest maps ever, I almost edited the map to make it easier when I was trying to record a demo but I finally got an exit. It's also one of the very few maps of mine that doesn't have any cyberdemons.

And just so other people know, that "SR50 SUX" message was me just paying lip service to CC4.

Sure, but then you've released it and this part was still included, so I'm considering it canon.

I still suck at doing acrobatics reliably, so I'll probably pass on doing those longer maps you mentioned.

Well I knew NH7 was the seventh one, I just didn't know if it was the most recent :l

Nh666 map02 curtailed my optimistic blind & saveless playthrough of esp2, I never got very far into it. Nice level though.

Could you link to the wads? In particular, I have no idea where loserfag.wad and esp2.wad are.

Edit: I guess they are in the zips, that makes uploading pretty annoying tbh, heh. Any reason they are not on idgames?

Sorry, I'm not used to the posting etiquette for dsdarchive. I tried looking for guidelines but couldn't seem to find them, how should I format my post? /idgames has sorta been in limbo for a few years so I haven't really been using it.
