The Elder Scrolls: A Promise Unfulfilled | Complete Elder Scrolls Documentary, History and Analysis

I don't agree with everything he said, but I do very much agree with what he said about Oblivion and Skyrim. I don't know anything about ESO, though, I didn't play it.

I think Morrowind is best, but too small.

Largely agree, the way the RPG part is more and more giving way to pure action part, and the complete loss of the premise of playing a role in exchange for Being The Chosen One Who Can 100% Complete All Quests In Just One Playthrough No Matter How Illogical That Is (i.e. your choices have no consequences at all) is the main thing that sours me on post-Morrowind TES.

All I am really looking forward to as far as TES is concerned is Daggerfall Unity and Open Morrowind, my love of the TES series as a whole pretty much ended 7 years ago and I was only disappointed with it at that point.

I agree. I'll still buy TESVI when it comes out and play it for a long time, but Morrowind was the best.
