I had the floor and ceiling meet 128 pixels from ground level, allowing for a completely different texture on the upper half, making it appear more dynamic and busy. 6 Share this post Link to post

Jimmy Posted June 29, 2018 (edited) Tried to take my mind off some IRL grievances with some speedmapping. This is to be a Doom 1 E4 replacement episode. Tried to spend only 10 minutes on each layout but did end up overshooting up to 20 on some. And I'm sure some of these layouts won't function as they are. Also I gotta figure out where the secret exit is gonna be. (Hmm, it's on E4M2 isn't it. Where to fit that in that tiny layout...) Still have to texture them, place things and set up tags. The idea is that UAC scientists, deep within a Martian cave, find a demon teleporter which they use to teleport the player to a pentagram containing the bruiser brothers.
