Just a stretch but the riff at 0:15 here 

 sounds a fuck load like the track around on the phobos mission particularly the part at 5:05 

Jks most likely not but honestly I much prefer him take influence from Metalcore for this soundtrack than the overly played out Deathcore influences on 2016. I don't need more djenty chugs

Unless I'm missing something, the music video is from 2016 but the track from Doom Eternal is from 2018...?

Ben Weinman would be another pick for me, since he's no longer doing TDEP he should get into composing since he has shown time and time again he has the chops for cinematic style music. Alas Mick Gordon is probably the best, he knows how to use dissonance and odd time signatures to create anxiety and urgency, I want the new soundtrack to be filled with these just jarringly complex mathy rhythms.
