lovecraft spotting

heh, saw an episode of "grim & evil" earlier today, and in "billy and mandy" billy got ahold of grim's book, "evil book", read it, and turned psycho. so he used a spell from the book to summon up yog-sothoth :P which took over their house. i had a bunch of fun watching it :)

any other hpl fans on these forums with similiar weird (or funney, or whatever) popups of lovecraftian mythology where you'd never expect them? please do share.

eh, alone in the dark was built around cthulhu mythos, as was quake (sort of). billy & mandy is built around, uh, something else :) that's why it's "where you'd never expect". imHo :P

[EDIT:]just to make the point clear, the STORIES of quake and aitd are built around the myths, not the games themselves. heh.

yeah heh, someone actually made a campaign for Call of Cthulhu with the characters from scooby doo :P i hafta run that some day :) if i still can find it...
