I need training maps

Where i can find training maps i want to improve my aim?

Like cool training maps what i can fight with hardest bots like in Quake 3 and have targets with monsters and improve my movement 

Uh, basically just play any wads. Good ones, most specifically.

Just from the thread title, Expired License immediately came to mind. Dunno if this will fit the "improve your aim" bill, but it's worth a shot anyway.

It sounds like the OP is asking for dm maps, at which point I'd either ironically recommend shoot.wad or seriously recommend duel40, which thankfully also contains shoot.wad for the ultimate in aim training.

Fonze is right though, pick from any of the great deathmatch wads out there, boot it in Zandronum and add some nightmare-skill bots. This will train you not only to aim but to dodge which is probably even more important in tricky Doom situations anyway.
