[GZDoom] Option Search mod

Why would anyone want a search option for GZDoom? I don't know. But for some reason I wanted it. And here it is.

It works with mods. It finds options and controls.

It would be nice to get some feedback on this, because stuff.

Arguably should be included in the engine by default. Thankfully we can at least autoload it.
