25 Years of Doom and the all-new Slayers Club

So in celebration of Doom’s 25th birthday, Bethesda/id has launched something called the Slayers Club, which is apparently will net you bonuses and whatnot. 

Discuss.

How cute.  So Doomguy can become a zombie?  He was the demons all along.

I'm really worried this skin may hint at a certain plot twist in Doom Eternal. It's not showing a resurrected Slayer, it's showing a zombified Slayer. This would certainly ruin Doom Eternal for me. 

or maybe it's just another attempt at milking Doom, guess they'll be releasing some more shitty skin DLCs eventually.

I was hoping for more gameplay footage and info about the game.

Anyway, happy birthday, Doom.

Maybe this skin could work as a reference to Repercussions of Evil.

I think this might be how you can invade as doomguy in other people's games, but as a dead demon doomguy against the good living human doomguy?

guys it's a cosmetic skin it's not got FA to do with the lore or gameplay at all

Absolutely

So this is available for Invasion AND the campaign?  I hope that doesn't mean we fight Normal Doomslayers for invasions since that would break the Demon killing immersion.  Not sure what significance a campaign skin has other than what the the Invader sees.  Another theory is that the Undead skin becomes a Marauder skin.

I don't like the amount of Doom 3 on that video.

If the multiplayer has skins, they could do some for Q3A characters like Phobos and Crash and even the Zombiemen.

Most likely, also Pain Elemental and Arch-vile are now playable as well.

Pretty cool but the 25h anniversary slayer doesn't seem very interesting.

Archvile and Marauder are likely not one of a kind bosses anymore.  Good.

And those massive gore nests we saw in the gameplay are officially called "Super Gore Nests"

Marauder skin? Maybe... Is the Marauder gonna be a PvP boss like Spear of the Church from Dark Souls 3?
