Line Def not working

I'm using Doom 2 as the source port and am trying to get line def 19 (W1- Floor lower to highest floor) but it is not working. The sector is between two other sectors of the same height. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. 

And, just recently checking my other levels within my Megawad, any floor raising line def is no longer working. 

Any help would be appreciated

How are we supposed to help if we cannot look at the map?

With the info at hand all I can say is "you did something wrong."
