Caco or Pain Elemental, which is the more adorable monster?

Much as I love the floating tomato, just look at those little arms!

How could you not love it.

Easy choice! 

The arms of the pain elemental gain a sense of the uncanny when you realize they are imp arms. Besides, never trust a monster that doesn't leave a corpse. 

Visually: Cacodemon.

Audio: Pain Elemental.

No other monster makes pain sounds that are so cute.

Neither... because they are demons and the enemy! They use that to fool you. Don't fall for their trap!

The cacodemon is more adorable of course, just look at their smile. The pain elemental just bares its teeth, and that's not cute at all.

The horns are also cyberdemon horns, and the skull in his mouth before he fire's a lost soul is an old unused enemy

Of course Cacodemon!!! Pain Elemental is too scary.

Pain elemental's encapsulation of frankensteinery makes them adorable little abominations of nature!

Their adorability depends of my remaining health points.

It's strange, from a distance the cacodemon is "more adorable."  Up close when they're biting you however, it's a whole different story.  The Pain Elemental is the opposite, shoots freaky lost souls at you from a distance (not adorable) but up close they can't do anything and just blow up like balloons. 

Guess it's a draw?

Pain elemental! Those red balls have infuriated me to no end lately. I like the pain elemental's arms and cacodemons have never really seemed cute to me, just kinda weird

Why not both?

I find that comparing the two plushies, the Pain Elemental is cuter. However, you have to use safety pins to prop their horns up.

Both are cute but pain elemental's hurt sound is way more cute

I never thought any of the Doom monsters were adorable.
