Sadly tho I would have to adapt every sprite of the 8+ (Both variations of each) weapons to have that cell shaded style as well.
And I'm not that good of an artist :/

Also , having a more traditional pixel art style allows me to have a wider range of resources to choose from .

Well it depends, considering that the original game had 55 Levels I'll say that is really far from finished.
But the main mechanics are working as of now and some themes are already worked on , so as I start making more textures for all the themes it should start being less work to get a new level done , and then it would be only making level geometry and polishing stuff.

What was started as an nice small transitional map in my set has grown to something bigger and bigger - and it seems that I can't stop.....help.... ;)

I obviously can not know what the final look of this is gonna be like, but as it is now the general colour and tone of the image are very reminiscent of the Quake's Realm of Black Magic episode. Great job!

maybe a small tip for all of you who like to post the 2d top view of your maps. gzdoombuilder has an option (i have it on ctrl+f12, but don't know if that's default) to make a screenshot of the active window. this makes a screenshots of the 2d view only, not the entire window. no need to cut stuff out or have the entire window show.

Lol, I know about this, but I'm lazy to press more buttons to only show 2d view without borders, because map dynamically changes as I put more and more things. Also, it's a personal preference to have full builder window. Also, some builders don't have such function.

I recently pick up doom builder, i want to make a full game using GZdoom, but i don't have the resources to this yet because my computer has some unsolved problems.

A week or two of mapping (On and off) and the best I've come up with is a robot holding a voodoo mask and a microphone.

Very early WIP of something that I'm considering repainting with @ukiro's OTEX resources; that's a decision I should probably make before I get much further than this one building.
