BoJustBo Posted November 21, 2019 Thanks everyone! I've now done four pics in four days and I hope to keep it up for at least a few days more. Some people didn't enjoy my low-color-count fetishising so I did a more colorful version of doomguy in the first picture. All colors are from the Doom palette in this picture by the way, that's why he's so eye burningly saturated, and that's the main reason I put all those grays into the first version. His arms probably look better in this version though. Guess what this is a mashup with? =P And finally some NuDoom, probably should have worked more on the sketch before I drew over it but at least the slayer's armor turned out really nicely... man is the new design a pain in the ass with all those details =D 46 Share this post Link to post

Sure do whatever you want with em. Here it is with the corrected D I made for the Doot logo (The shine didn't match the other letters.) And also a version with a different M that mirrors the bearded axe look of the D because I personally didn't love the upside down W look of the M, but I ofcourse didn't change it before posting it everywhere, hehe. BoJustBo Posted December 2, 2019 By popular(?) demand (at least two people asked for it lol) I reduced the fun factor of this serious business picture by 50% =P I also did this test sprite based on a friends idea for a doom mod about a buffed up gal that's some sort of dieselpunk captain or something. Was aiming for Doom style but it ended up closer to Strife style. All done in Doom's palette, with green jacket for multiplayer color swap and everything =P It's just this one frame though... for now at least ;) 10 Share this post Link to post

BoJustBo Posted December 8, 2019 Haven't had much time for personal pixelart this last week because I've been making enemy sprites for a game that I can't post just yet. But have some DooD: I also made this sprite a little taller (only like 3 pixels or something,) to make it more match the Doom sprites. Now the arms look a bit short, but that's because they are bent as this would be a frame for a walking animation if I ever continued it. 8 Share this post Link to post
