I barely watched 1/4 of that movie before I went crazy from it. Whoever made that commentary made himself sound damn annoying...
Or I guess it's just because I don't own a sense of humour (waitaminite! If I don't own a sense of humour, how come I laughed my ass off when I saw the tribute movie with Ling's comments???).

Hmm, I didn't know the 'c' in Linguica was pronounced as an s... Or maybe it isn't.

Opinions vary. I thought I remembered Ling state on IRC that the 'c' was hard. Some think it's soft and pronounced like an 's', most notably the company that makes the linguica sausages. And there are others who think it's an 'sh' sound.

I know better; I know it's a hard C sound. But part of me still keeps saying Ling-gweee-sa! Heh.

It is most certainly pronounced soft. It's a portuguese word, and is actually spelt linguiça anyway.

Linguica once said that it was "lin-gwee-suh" or something.

I pronounce it Lingweeka. It's probably wrong but whatever.
