How y'all feel about the new direction Bethesda is Heading for DOOM 5

As you all know, Bethesda released this earlier today giving us some detail on the new DOOM game coming out in 2024:So what are your thoughts on Bethesda's and ID's new direction?

It still would sell like hotcakes. If you had a game where you were a turd in a microwave and call that DOOM 69, then people would buy it immediately. I love DOOM, but no one would care if the games completely different from the original, as long as you Rip n' tear!

I was just referencing the super secret level of DOOM 2. My comment earlier about the game selling like hotcakes was basically a joke. And the fact that it's DOOM 5 was a mistake on my behalf because I forgot about DOOM 3 from 2004.
