Marines of UAC - can't get it

I can't download the mod and I can't even see the Marines of UAC site
(http://nick_the_doomer.tripod.com/mouac/index.html). Has anyone managed to download the mod? Is it mirrored anywhere?

Someone else that e-mailed me had those exact same problems too, but I'm sorry if you can't get it. Search "Marines of UAC" on google and click my page. That SHOULD work, but I'm not completely sure.
