I'd recommend against mirroring landmarks for the skies. Sure, it's an easy way to get them to tile, but it's far too obvious it's mirrored.

Made a few flat variants for the MOD hazard texture variants from jimmytex, which as far as i can tell weren't already a thing in the wad(?)

The first custom texture I sort of created/edited myself. The BARTAN3 texture with my own writing, meant to be used on a 128x64 wall.

It's purpose? Detrimental MAP01 and its reference to Sunder MAP17.

Ok, here's my very first texture ever. It's supposed to be another one of those wall corpses.

 

I made it with a G.I Joe figure I happen to have laying around, and since I've heard those corpses were made with them in the original Doom, I decided to make one myself. First I tied it up in small tinfoil string, then I cut it up and shaved it out (Photoshopping I mean) and resized it, then layered it over WALL48_4. I had to make the hanging part myself.

I recently finished a circus themed WAD and had to make some tent + etc textures for it.

These two are the first I made, in-game they look fine but if you look too long at them they're a little rough

These followed and imo look a lot better. I got the look of something moving behind the wall by taking video of my hand inside a white shirt and moving my fingers. The 256 pixel long one looks a little strange here, but it tiles VERY nicely and looks really good on a surface.

Oh those are nice.  Did you mirror the archvile face?  It's always bugged me that the original texture is asymmetrical when all the other marble faces are mirrored.

The quake style bodies fit doom's art style more than the original body sprites

Since I complained about it, I figured I'd just fix it myself real quick.  Symmetrical versions of the arch-vile marble face, mirrored both ways.  I think the second, wider one looks best, but there's both just in case.
