The Life Sphere does (so far): Gives a Health Potion Gives an Armor Bonus Gives a Stimpack Gives a Medikit Gives a Soul Sphere Gives Green Armor Gives Blue Armor Gives a Megasphere Random amount of health from 1-100 Random amount of armor from 1-100 "Regen" effect.
