Foxhead Posted July 31, 2021 (edited) ComTex is the new version of RWLTEX, its just has new name because its idea is different from where it started. RWLTEX was supposed to be a Real World material and objects textures pack but as i added more and more textures i realized that they barely matched each other and that many of their variants also didn't match each other or didn't have variants at all! this package and its future updates aims to focused on this, to have real world (and hand drawn) textures with many variants. ComTex is a Texture pack to be used in the creation of maps, it does not replace Vanilla textures. Foxhead Posted August 12, 2021 12 August 2021 Update:Green - Has one or more VariantsBlue - Replaced a texturePink - Has alot of variantsRed - Texture has been removed Spoiler Hello everyone, you probably noticed that there is a lot of textures being replaced and removed in this quick update, the reason is as follows: When i started this project i didn't had the knowledge about paletting, this means that there are various textures that are not paletted to the doom format. because of that, the next update will take a bit longer, perhaps longer than last one, i will have to go through every texture, palettize it and maybe even replace it completly. so see you soon, or later.
