New Retextures

[Win]Elchtest has let me know that the Doom 2 Retexturing Project has been updated with 28 new textures. These high resolution textures are for use with the jDoom engine.

Cool. Those hi-res textures are a grabbag, some are great, some are decent, a few are ugh. Still, for the most part, it's great.

Too bad that it's only for Jdoom

i hope that other ports will follow suit and add that feature.. it's really cool, and really improves the graphics.

Why didn't they replace the old ones in the original zip?

You can use these textures in ZDOOM too - with even more flexibility. But you will have to go through a fairly simple conversion process.

They work fine in ZDoomGL.

which ones are ugh then? (I lack my own opinion)
