DooMBoy Posted April 4, 2003 That depends. If you like watching show after mind-numbing show of people who go out on dates and then tell the whole world what they think of their date, and then get dumped and then tell the whole world that their date sucks and don't fault themselves, then I guess TV has something to offer. Me, I just leave the idiot box off most of the time. 0 Share this post Link to post

A show that highlights the struggles of a pair of female twins with their monthly vistor and accompanying menstrual pains? 0 Share this post Link to post

Some shyte show with ugly characters and with a good "i-love-my-planet!" twin (voiced by the guy who did phil in rugrats) and some evil twin who fishes out of a toilet. Nuff said. An interesting question arises from watching this show once or twice. Is Wayne Cramp a rapist cuz he seems to make all these aggressive SFX (grr, grr, grr, grr). Searcher said:So... Don't watch TV. JUST play Doom!!! Sounds perfect to me. 0 Share this post Link to post

Stealthy Ivan Posted April 7, 2003 Imagine looking at your self from a third person view, while your watching TV... All you are doing is sitting there staring at this box with a picture on it, there is no interaction other then hitting the buttons on the remote... Plus the shit thats on tv is lame. 0 Share this post Link to post
m0l0t0v Posted April 7, 2003 The David Lynch movie Dune disapointed the public, but the (sci-fi channel) tv-series was a succes. I suppose some guy must have figured it might work for Battlefield Earth as well. There are however a few errors in this reasoning: 1: Hubbard is not Herbert 2: Dune the movie wasn't bad; just incomprehensible for the major public. BE the movie WAS bad. 3: point 1 and 2 will suffice. 0 Share this post Link to post
Sharessa Posted April 9, 2003 I liked Lynch's Dune. It was a good movie. The books are what you really should go for though. They are literary gold. 0 Share this post Link to post

Arioch Posted April 9, 2003 It's the unauthorized "director's cut". Very limited distribution apparently. 0 Share this post Link to post

Arioch Posted April 9, 2003 No, that one was new, and it's 5 hours. Children of Dune rocked too, I'm waiting for the DVD. 0 Share this post Link to post
