After a lot of drawing, I managed change the cybedemon in a different color nicely. I came up with an option for a quick coloring and wanted to share it with you. First, I changed the colors of the cyberdemon in slade. Of course this will affect other places where I did not want to change. Then I transferred this painted cyberdemon to the GIMP program and put the original cyborg on top. I erased in the original cyborg body so that only the iron parts remained. After a bit of careful work, I refinished and saved the files

I don't consider myself too great when it comes to making sprites, but I think those two I made do look very gorey and nice. I refuse to talk about the reference though.

is it cylon perhaps?

all jokes aside, this feels more for cartoony wad, but I can see them fit into original ones as well. Would actually work well in the hellbases

Those would have been great for 90's wads like Memento Mori.

Sharing some ZSpecOps sprites I put together for other to also use if they want. Included are d3 grenades, d3 plasma rifle and a UAC tank.

good day, i been cooking up something for meltadoom to have and whats coming soon is the bayonette rifle based off the old one
from early days, now took refs from: E25, M1, mini 14, ar10, and other garand lookalikes, bayonette based off the kbar with ak74 handle

if anyones opened for sprites via commisson, or any?

Close! It has something to do with cannibalism. Instead of making this a dumb cat and mouse thread filler I'll explain what my reference material was. If you have been on the Internet for long enough and morbid curiosity is your thing, you might have seen a horrifying pic named "German cannibalist at work" where a man butchered another man he met over the Internet. Although I don't like the idea of cannibalism, I thought this NSFL pic was a great inspiration for me to edit several monster sprites into the split guy that hung from the ceiling. And I do like the idea that demons eat eachother because, well, they're demons (You are what you eat, get it?).
