Millennium released before Doom3?

Will it be released before D3 like it says on the site, or is it pretty much dead? That would be a shame, the screen look pretty amesome.

Millenium before Doom3?

Dunno, it would be nice, but at the rate it's going, probably not.

I remember some of the people who made content for Millenium were threatening Lüt at one point in time. Either Lüt had to finish Millenium before a certain deadline, or else they would release their content anyway.
And then Lüt came up with some excuses and the deadline wasn't met. At all. And then it went quiet again. Did those team members ever execute their threat?

empty threats :P or made up by lut to speed up progress, who knows ;)

Given all that I had heard I would say that it is a case of this:

Lots of development goes on, then some part of the team runs a bit sour.

Time passes.

The team decides to clear up the last bits of a way overdue project. But then they see that a lot of the levels looks a bit dated. They then begin an ambitious grand overhaul of the entire wad to make it match todays standards of ownage.

Lots of development goes on, then some part of the team runs sour again.

Repeat.
