I believe I was speaking hypethetically, but maybe I was mistaken. Besides, I would most definetly want to churn out graphics rather than do anything else for it, I can crap out DooM graphics faster than sprites went out of style.

Heh, most of those offset weapon sprites actually look pretty cool. Did you just deform the normal ones to produce them then?

those gun sprites are pretty cool, especially the single-barrel shotgun and the plasma rifle. and i really like what you're attempting with the apartment level, too.

Um, maybe this sounds stupid, but, why is the console down in each of those screenshots? It's kind of distracting, blocking 1/2 the screen and all. Other than that, it looks quite good...

other than that, it looks pretty cool, although i've never quite understood why they hold the gun way over there in games. Unless you're really damn good at shooting from the hip, you're gonna need to use the iron sites most the time, or at least hold it in a semi-straight line. but maybe that's just me.

Holy crap, those weapons look cool.

I prefer having it "way over there". It keeps the gun out of your way.

Edit: The pistol and bfg are particularly nice.
