kevingpo Posted July 28, 2003 Wow! This is my first time playing ZDoomGL 0.662 and my god it looked amazing! Ok, it was buggy, and crashed all the time. But it was fun with the bots and a high end PC. Damn, forgot a screenshot of the glossy reflecting floor of Doom2 map01. 0 Share this post Link to post

sirjuddington Posted July 28, 2003 Heh. I notice you're only playing in 16 bit too. Makes the flares nice and ugly (heh, and the texture colours :P) 0 Share this post Link to post

timmie Posted July 29, 2003 Just change the vid_defbits cvar to 32 in the zdoom.cfg file. 0 Share this post Link to post
toxicfluff Posted July 31, 2003 I'm not keen on MD2 or loads of flares, but I prefer the way the dynamic lighting looks in those shots to the way it looks in Jdoom. Somehow just looks less cartoony. 0 Share this post Link to post
