Yeah, it's probably not gonna make the problems dissapear with a stroke of magic, but you must agree that it is an enormous step in the right direction.

But it is happening. For a site like that, there would have to be descriptive labels for all the images and probably an indication that it's all about graphics so blind folks don't bother with it.

They wouldn't let it destroy the content of the net.

I doubt this would work, seeing as most spammers are from America afaik. Well ok, I read there somewhere and don't know how true it is.

I saw on tv this morning that spam is getting outlawed here, but only if it originates from europe. Sorta weak considering that the few hundred main spammers are american.

Actualy, I think most spammers have their servers in CHina or Russia or something like that. Or maybe thats hackers I'm thinking of...

The anti-spam group, Spamhaus, has criticised the law for excluding work addresses.

... and for not cuddling them on request.
